胆汁淤积性肝病皮肤瘙痒患者中药冷敷的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药冷敷对胆汁淤积性肝病继发皮肤瘙痒患者的效果。方法将肝内胆汁淤积性肝病继发皮肤瘙痒患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。在常规治疗、护理基础上观察组予以中药冷敷,对照组予炉甘石洗剂涂搽。结果干预2周后,观察组的皮肤瘙痒程度积分、皮损程度积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);止痒起效时间和皮损好转时间显著短于对照组(均P<0.01);疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组SF-36各维度评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论中药冷敷能显著缓解慢性胆汁淤积性肝病继发的皮肤瘙痒,有效提升慢性胆汁淤积性肝病继发皮瘙痒患者的生存质量。Objective To assess the effect of a cold compress decoction of several Chinese herbs on pruritus due to chronic cholestatic liver disease. Methods Eighty patients developing pruritus due to chronic cholestatic liver disease were randomized into 2 groups of 40 cases each. Both groups received routine treatment and nursing care, then the observation group additionally received cold com- press therapy with a decoction of several Chinese herbs, while the control group received calamine lotion for external application. Results Two weeks later, scores of itching degree and scores of skin rash degree, in the observation group were significantly lower than in the control group （P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01） ; the time to relieve the itches and the time for skin rash to turn better, were signifi- cantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group （P〈0.01 for both） ; the observation group enjoyed better effect, and achieved higher scores in the Mos 36-item Short Form Health Survey （SF-36）（P〈0.05 ,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Cold compress therapy with a decoction of Chinese herbs can effectively alleviate pruritus of chronic cholestatic liver disease. It can also effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
