摘  要:目的观察氧化电位水对经口气管插管患者进行口腔护理的效果。方法随机将118例经口气管插管行机械通气患者分为观察组(60例)和对照组(58例)。观察组用氧化电位水进行口腔冲洗加擦洗,对照组用生理盐水进行口腔冲洗加擦洗。结果观察组口臭、溃疡发生率,咽拭子细菌培养阳性率和牙菌斑指数与对照组比较有统计学差异(均P<0.01),两组口腔pH值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论用氧化电位水进行口腔护理明显优于生理盐水,可减少口腔并发症。Objective To explore the effect of electrolyzed oxidizing water(EOW) as oral rinse on oral hygiene of patients having an o- ral endotracheal tube (OETT). Methods Totally, 118 patients having an OETT were divided into an observation group of 60 and a control group of 58, either receiving oral rinse with EOW or normal saline and oral swabbing. Results The incidence rates of halito- sis, oral ulcer, the proportion of a positive throat swab culture, and plaque index (PLI), had significant differences between the 2 groups (P〈0.01 for all). However, the oral pH values had no statistical significance (P〉0.05). Conclusion EOW is a better oral rinse than normal saline, and plays an important role in controlling and preventing oral complications.
