摘　　要：文章以"无赖假定"理论的视角,从制度设计的立论基础、制度设计的基本原则和制度设计的路径选择三个方面对我国改革开放以来反腐倡廉制度建设进行了反思与探究。This paper aims to reflect on and probe into the construction of the anti-corruption system in China since the implementation of the policy of economic reform and opening-up in terms of the theoretical foundation, the basic principle and the path choice of the system design from the perspective of ＂the rogue hypothesis＂ theory.
