摘  要:目的:了解医务人员医院感染知识的掌握程度和培训需求,为在职教育体系的构建提供参考依据。方法:采取自行设计的调查问卷对477名医务人员进行调查。结果:在职医务人员与实习生对执行感染控制措施及接受感染控制教育的态度等方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但对于推行感染控制措施的同伴评价和对于不明原因发热的患者的处理态度,两组人群比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对于医院感染法律法规、医院感染的环节、多重耐药菌、手卫生、职业接触等知识的掌握在职医务人员与实习生中比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在职医务人员希望得到系统的理论学习,实习生希望进行实际操作培训。结论:针对不同的人群划分培训层次和内容,采取多种形式的培训方法,有助于提高被培训对象有效的掌握医院感染知识。Objective:To investigate the mastery of knowledge of nosocomial infection and training needs for medical staffs,and provide a reference for construction of in-service education system.Method:477 medical personnel were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire survey. Result:In-service medical staffs with interns for attitude of implementing infection control measures and accepting infection control education were compared,the differences were no statistically significant(P〉0.05).But regarding the implementation of peer evaluation of infection control measures and processing attitude for patients with fever of unknown origin,the comparison result was statistically significant for two groups(P〈0.05).For mastery of knowledge of laws and regulations of nosocomial infection,its serial links,multi-drug resistant bacteria,hand hygiene and occupational exposure, in-service medical staffs were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).In-service medical staffs want systematic theory study and interns want hands-on training.Conclusion:Using different training levels and contents for different group of people and applying multiple training forms will help be trained people to grasp nosocomial infection knowledge effectively.
