苄星青霉素的注射及皮试方法探索

摘　　要：目的:提高苄星青霉素注射一次成功率,减轻患者的痛苦程度,增加药物的利用度,同时树立成本观念并对皮试方法等问题进行探索。方法:选取2006年1月-2009年1月在本院注射苄星青霉素的95例门诊患者,共300人次,其中儿童20人次,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用震荡式摇匀药物,3快法注射,观察组采用生理盐水充填针梗、静止式溶解药物,3快1匀法注射,注射期间与患者充分沟通和交流,转移患者的注意力。结果:对照组常规注射法一次注射成功率79%,试验组一次注射成功率99%,药液残留、患者疼痛感明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用生理盐水充填针梗、静止式溶解药物方法,3快1匀法注射苄星青霉素,并在注射期间做好患者的健康教育,可提高一次性注射成功率,减轻患者的疼痛程度,药液残留减少,给药准确,方法简单易学,值得临床推广。Objective：To improve the one time successful rate of injection with benzathine benzylpenicillin,reduce the level of pain,increase the medicine exploitability,set up the cost concept,look for the more practical skin tries method and etc.Method：95 cases of outpatients injected benzathine benzylpenicillin in our hospital from January 2006 to January 2009,total of 300 passengers,included children 20 passengers,they were divided into the control group and the observe group randomly,the control group was given shock-shake drugs,3 quick method injection,the observe group was given saline filling needle terrier,static-like dissolution medicine,3 quick 1 uniform method injection,meanwhile communicated and exchanged fully with the outpatients,so as to diverse their attention.Result：The successful rate of the control group with once conventional injection was 79%,the observation group was 99%,the solution remains,the patient aching feeling was lower than the control group obviously,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Using the saline filling needle terrier,static-like dissolution medicine,3 quick 1 uniform method injections,meanwhile enhancing the patients’health education could improve single injection success rate,relieve the patient＇s level of pain,reduce the liquid residue,deliver drug accurately,learn easily,the method worth to extend in clinical.
