摘　　要：目的提高静脉治疗的效率和信息记录的完整性。方法将142例静脉治疗患者按时间段及等同原则分为观察组70例和对照组72例;两组操作方法相同,对照组采用传统手工记录法,观察组采用静脉治疗电子信息管理系统记录。结果观察组信息记录完整性显著优于对照组,记录时间显著短于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论静脉治疗电子信息管理系统的应用可提高静脉治疗的效率和信息记录的完整性。Objective To improve efficiency of intravenous infusion therapy and integrity of information. Methods A total of 142 pa- tients receiving intravenous infusion therapy were divided into a control group of 72 and an observation group of 70 according to chronological order and the same or equivalent principles. Infusion information was recorded with traditional hand-written methods in the control group and with a computer-assisted database in the observation group. Results The observation group showed better integrity of records and shorter recording time than the control group did （P＇~0.01 for both）. Conclusion Application of the com- puterized information system could improve efficiency of intravenous infusion therapy and integrity of information.
