失地农民可持续生计问题研究——以昆明市城中村改造为例

摘　　要：随着城区的不断扩大,昆明市越来越多的近郊农村变成了城中村。失地农民是在这一进程中产生的特殊社会群体,他们失去了赖以生存的土地,也失去了以土地为基础的生存权和发展权。本文以昆明市城中村改造为例,以部分城中村失地农民作为调查研究样本,重点提出了构建就业、多元化补偿和社会保障三位一体的利益保障体系,实现失地农民可持续生计。With increasing extension of city area, more and more original countryside have been encircled by sprawling city, becoming village within urban area or urban-village. Numerous farmers not only losing lands that are their livelihood, but losing their right of live and development based on land, is a kind of special social group in the process of urbanization in China. In this paper, we could take ＂the village-in-city＂ in kunming city as the example, and sample opinion in ＂the village-in-city＂ based on the date collected by the author in some land-losing farmer households. After the preliminary inquiries, we make the conclusion to solve the problem that improve the employment systems, implement a wide range of compensation and construct the security systems, which are beneficial to the land-losing farmers development, to realize the goal of the sustainable livelihood of land-losing farmers.
