基于旅游本底趋势线理论的云南边境旅游发展分析

摘　　要：利用旅游本底趋势线理论,对云南15年来边境旅游入境一日游进行分析,建立了云南省及3个典型州的旅游本底趋势线。结果表明:(1)边境旅游受重大事件影响,在本底线上形成"凹型谷"和"凸型峰";(2)重大事件对边境旅游的影响既有消极的也有积极的,既有局部的也有整体的,持续时间有长有短;(3)因客源市场不同,云南边境旅游发展不平衡;(4)边境旅游运作政策性强,受国家政策影响突出。同时根据云南边境旅游发展的优势,提出了一些针对性建议。Based on the theory of tourism background trend line, the paper analyzed the data of 15 years＇ border tourism inbound day trips in Yunnan, and set up tourism background trend lines of Yunnan province and three typical state. The results show that ： （ 1 ） development of border tourism is affected by major events produced significant fluctuations forming the ＂concave valley＂ and ＂convex peak＂ in the background line; （2） The impact of major events on the border tourism is both negative and also positive, both local and overall, and has a long or short duration; （3） Because the market is different, the Yunnan border tourism development is not balanced; （4） The national policy affect the operation of border tourism clearly. According to advantages of the Yunnan border tourism, at the same time, the paper gave some specific recommendations.
