摘　　要：新政时期美国联邦政府的西部农业政策是联邦政府应对西部的农业经济危机和自然灾害而采取的应急改革和措施,同时也体现了联邦政府对西部农业长远发展的规划。这一政策总体来说较为成功,它有效地帮助了西部地区的农民,维护了西部地区社会的稳定,为西部地区农业的长远发展打下了坚实的基础,因而赢得了西部地区农民的充分肯定和支持。The U. S federal western agricultural policy in the New Deal age included the various reforms and measures taken by the federal government to deal with the agricultural crisis and natural disaster in the West. It also reflected, at the same time, the federal government＇s planning of the longterm development of the agriculture in the West. Generally speaking, the policy was a big success. It practically and substantially helped the American farmers in the West, keeping the social stability of the West and laying a solid foundation for the long-term agricultural development of the American West. Therefore, it won the support of the Western farmers
