21例寰枕畸形的预见性护理

摘　　要：寰枕畸形为神经外科常见疾病,解剖复杂,手术难度大,患者围手术期需要精细、全面的护理。对21例寰枕畸形患者进行预见性护理,要求护士善于观察病情,对患者进行综合评估,预见病情发展方向并进行护理。本组无一例护理并发症发生,取得良好治疗效果。Occipitocervical malformations is a common entity in neurosurgery, the surgical treatment has always been a challenge in clinical practice due to complex regional anatomy. Such patients need focused and careful care in perioperative period. In this study we evaluated the foreseeable nursing in 21 cases with occipitocervical malformations. Nurses were required to observe with patients closely, assess the patients＇ condition, foresee the trend of the patient＇s condition. No complications due to nursing care were developed, and favorable outcome achieved in this group.
