摘 要:目前中国基层医疗卫生服务网络已基本完善,但基层医疗服务网络在实际运营中,由于缺乏认知度等原因,其医疗服务能力未能得到充分发挥。老年人群在社区人群中具有人群数量大、患病率高、求医频率高、便捷求医需求高等特点,在现阶段,可列为引导基层首诊就医的重点工作人群。通过对老年人的就医特点及基层卫生服务机构特色的分析,探究中国基层卫生医疗服务机构品牌建设行之有效的具体方法,即正确的宣传导向、提高医疗服务水平、建立完善老年人健康联络档案、成立老年人健康促进俱乐部等一系列以点带面、以面促点的品牌完善措施。At present, China's basic medical and health service network has been basically perfect, but in the basic medical service network in actual operation, because of the lack of awareness, the ability of medical services have not been brought into full play. The elderly population has a large number of the crowd, high prevalence rate of diseases, high frequency of seeking medical services, convenient medical treatment characteristics of higher demand in the community. At the present stage, the elderly population can be classified as focus group in guiding primary care. This paper tries to analyze medical features and basic health services for the elderly, explore the specific methods for building effective grassroots medical institutions brand, which is based on the correct propaganda, the medical level, establishing and perfecting the archives of health contact to old people, the establishment of the elderly health promotion club and so on, to promote the brand point measures.
