术中彩超在胆总管下段结石诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的　探讨术中彩超在胆总管下段结石诊断中的价值。方法　采用腔内探头对 2 0例胆总管下段结石的患者进行术中彩超检查 ,并与术前体表超声进行比较。结果　术中彩超胆总管下段结石显示率明显高于术前体表超声。结论　术中彩超显示胆总管下段结石具有很高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of intraoperative color Doppler ultrasonography in diagnosing low choledocholithiasis Methods Conventional ultrasonography and intraoperative color Doppler ultrasonography were used to examine 20 cases of low choledocholithiasis The results of the two methods were compared Results The discovered rate of low choledocholithiasis in 20 patients using intraoperative color Doppler ultrasonography was highter than that using ultrasonography Conclusion Intraoperative color Doppler ultrasonography has important clinical value in the diagnosis of low choledocholithiasis
