摘　　要：由新食品技术引起的食品安全问题成为社会关注的热点。文章论述了食品技术应用中的社会伦理意义,分析了三种新食品技术应用的伦理困境。最后就如何应对新食品技术应用的伦理难题提出了解困的举措。Food safety problems caused by new food technologies have become the focus of social attention. This paper discusses the social and ethical significance in the application of food technology,reviews the ethical controversy caused by the application of three new food technologies,and finally,put forward some strategies to deal with the ethical dilemmas caused by the new food technologies.
