校地互动创新人才培养模式的探究——以天津滨海新区为例

摘  要:"推进天津滨海新区等条件较好地区的开发开放,带动区域经济发展"是党的十六届五中全会审议通过"十一五"规划中提出的。它将带来滨海新区发展的历史性机遇,对提升地方高校的人才培养模式、强化高校教育为经济社会服务的能力具有十分重要的意义。本文分析了校地合作的两种模式,并对校地互动创新人才培养模式的举措进行了探讨。The proposal for China's national economic and social development over the next five years,adopted at the Fifth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee,calls for promoting the development and opening-up of the better areas such as Tianjin Binhai New Area to stimulate the development of the regional economy. The proposal will bring a historic opportunity to the development of Tianjin Binhai New Area. It is also of great importance for improving the students' training model in the local colleges and universities and increase their capacity to serve the economy of the society. This thesis analyzed two models of cooperation between universities and local areas. It also discussed the measures to carry out the training model so as to cultivate more innovative talents.
