摘 要:借助多体动力学软件建立了复杂空间机构的刚体动力学模型,通过添加控制规律来实现该机构特定姿态的运动。使用有限元方法将非均匀分布的载荷转化为便于添加的节点集中力。采用实体板壳和模态缩减技术将主要承载部件柔性化处理,建立了复杂空间机构的刚柔耦合多体动力学模型,计算并验证可模型的正确性。提出了基于实体板壳-模态综合-载荷移置-刚柔耦合的复杂空间机构的热态多体动力学的建模方法,该建模思路和方法对其他类似机构有指导意义。This paper, based on the multi-body dynamics software, builds a complex rigid body dynamics model of the complex space system, and makes the system to have a specific gesture movement by adding control law, transforming the non-uniform distribute load to the node concentrated force which is easily added in the Adams by using the finite element method. It uses solid shell and modal reduction technology to process the main bearing parts of complex space system to a flex, and then builds a rigid-flexible cou- pling multi-body dynamics modeling in hot state of complex space system. It calculates and verifies the cor- rectness of the available models, and puts a modeling method forward which is based on Solidshell-Load displacement-Modal reducing to solve the modeling problem of rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics of complex space system in hot state. The modeling method can provide a guide significance to the similar system.
