摘 要:在高压搅拌釜中 ,利用气体的等容吸收原理测定了 60~ 2 30°C、0 .0 5~ 1 .2 MPa(表压 )条件下三相淤浆床环氧乙烷合成过程中的反应及惰性气体组分 O2 、C2 H4 、CO2 和 N2 在实验所用的二号液相热载体中的溶解度。实验结果表明 ,O2 、C2 H4 、CO2 和 N2 的平衡溶解度都随压力增加而增大 ,随温度升高而降低。同时回归出各气体的溶解度系数 Hi 与温度 T的关联方程。The synthesis of ethylene oxide in three phase bubble slurry reactor using fine silver catalyst and high boiling point solvent to eliminate intraparticle diffusion and temperature rise within the bed could achieve higher selectivity than in gas solid fixed bed. The solubility of gas in liquid medium is important for developing and studying of three phase slurry reactor. In an agitated autoclave equilibrium gas solubilities ( C *) of O 2,CO 2,C 2H 4 and N 2 in high boiling point solvent No.2 of three phase slurry reactor were measured at various temperature 60~230°C and pressure 0.05~1.2MPa. According to the change of pressure during the pure gas dissolution in the solvent, solubilities for O 2,CO 2,C 2H 4 and N 2 were calculated. Under operating conditions, the equilibrium solubilities of O 2,CO 2,C 2H 4 and N 2 in the solvent increased with increasing pressure, decreased with increasing temperature. The relationships between solubility coefficients for O 2,CO 2,C 2H 4 and N 2 and temperature were correlated. The solubility coefficients of CO 2 and C 2H 4 increased with increasing temperature, but the solubility coefficients of O 2 and N 2 decreased with increasing temperature. The result is useful for the design and development of three phase slurry reactor.
