摘 要:赤泥烧结砖因赤泥使用量大、制砖成本低而成为研究的热点。研究了硅矿掺入量对混联法赤泥为主要原料的烧结砖的抗压强度、吸水率、石灰爆裂、泛霜等性能和物相组成的影响。结果表明:硅矿掺入量在18%-30%时,抗压强度在MU15级以上,吸水率在20%以下,无石灰爆裂,轻微程度泛霜,烧结砖主要有石英、钙铝黄长石、硅灰石等晶相,另有较多玻璃相生成。The research on red mud sintered brick had been the hot spot because of the large amount of red mud and the lower treatment cost. The effects of silicon ore incorporation on compressive strength, water absorption, lime burst, efflorescence and phase of sintered bricks that were prepared by the main raw materials of red mud from mixed combination process were studied. The results showed that the compressive strength was above MU15, water absorption was below 20%, and there were no lime burst, but slight degree of efflorescence when silicon ore incorporation was among 18% - 30%. There were main phases, such as quartz, gehlenite, wollastonite, as well more glass phase in these bricks.
