摘 要:根据傅立叶定律和稳态平板法测量导热系数的原理设计了铝电解槽内衬材料导热系数的测量装置,测量了国内某铝厂铝电解槽槽底沉淀在中低温度下的导热系数,用数学回归方法得到其与温度的线性关系式。测得不同槽底沉淀试样的体积密度和显气孔率,并计算其与导热系数的相关系数。结果表明:在实验测量范围内体积密度和显气孔率对槽底沉淀的导热系数影响不明显。According to Fourier law and stable flat heat transfer theory, experimental equipment was designed to measure the thermal conduction coefficients of aluminum reduction cell lining materials. The layout of the experimental setup, as well as its measuring principle, testing method and results were de- scribed. The thermal conduetivities of precipitate on the bottom of aluminum reduction cells were measured. And the equations of linear regression that de- scribed the relationship between thermal conduction eonductivities and temperatures were given by data fitting. Correlation coefficients between the thermal coefficient and bulk density and apparent porosity were obtained respectively. The results showed that the thermal coefficient was not significant correlated with the bulk density and apparent porosity of precipitate on the bottom of aluminum reduction cells.
