摘　　要：提出了用单 CC -实现二阶电流模式滤波器的新电路 .仅用少量元件 ,即能实现二阶低通、带通滤波函数 .电路用 Pspice程序进行了仿真 .该电路具有电路简单 ,集成方便 。A new circuit for the realization of second-order current-mode filter using single inverting CCⅡ- is presented.It can simultaneously realize second-order low-pass,bandpass by using only one grounded resistor,two grounded capacitors and one floating resistor.In order to verify the validity of the theoretical analysis,the circuit is simulated by the Pspice program.It has some advantages:very simple structure,integration more conveniently,low passive sensitivities.
