EPS保温板垂直壁面蔓延特性实验研究

摘　　要：选取普通型EPS保温板和阻燃型EPS保温板作为研究对象,对其进行了不同厚度、宽度的垂直壁面燃烧实验。通过对EPS保温板垂直壁面蔓延特性的研究发现:普通型和阻燃型EPS保温板在点型火源作用下,垂直壁面蔓延速率遵循t7的蔓延规律,即火焰前锋位置随时间按照y=a1t7+a2t6+…+a7t+a0的关系变化,而垂直壁面蔓延速率则按照Vp=α/t+β规律变化。厚度是影响EPS保温板垂直壁面蔓延速率的重要因素,厚度对垂直壁面蔓延速率影响存在一个临界值H。达到H之前,垂直壁面蔓延速率随厚度的增加而增加;超过H后,垂直壁面蔓延速率呈平稳趋势。Typical common type of EPS and flame-retardant EPS were selected in the experiments of vertical wall combustion with different width and thickness. The study of EPS insulation board vertical wall spread characteristics shows that： under the point source, vertical wall spread rate of common type and flame-retardant EPS insulation board follows the t7 spread rules, namely, at any time the flame front position changes ac- cording to the law y=a1t^7＋a2t^6＋…＋a7^t＋a0 , the vertical wall spread speed is in accordance with the law Vp=a/t＋β. Thickness is an important factor affecting vertical wall spread speed of EPS, and there is a critical value of H of affection on the vertical wall spread hy thickness. When the thickness reaches to H, vertical wall spread rate will increase with increasing thickness. But after the thickness exceeds H, the vertical spread rate shows a steady trend.
