摘　　要：基于各地区单位面积农药的施用量和化肥施用量两个指标,运用因子分析法构建了各地区农产品质量安全的简易评价方法,并对1997—2011年各地区农产品质量安全状况进行了定量评价;运用基于食品安全事件新闻曝光量的相关分析与面板回归分析,对中国各地区农产品质量安全评估结果的可靠性进行了验证。结果发现,1997—2011年,全国单位面积农药和化肥施用量持续增长,农产品质量安全的潜在风险持续加大,各地区食品安全事件新闻曝光量与因子分析综合得分、单位面积农药的施用量和化肥施用量高度相关。The method for evaluation of quality and safety of agricultural product was built by factor analysis using two indicators of the usage of pesticide and fertilizer per unit area i1：1 this paper. The quality and safety of agricul- tural products in the years of 1997--2011 were quantitatively evaluated, and reliability of the results in various re- gions of China were verified by the correlation analysis and regression analysis based on the exposure of food safety incidents news. The results showed that, from 1997 to 2011, with the usage of pesticide and fertilizer per unit ar- ea increasing, the quality and safety of agricultural products have continued to decline, and the news exposure of food safety events had a high correlation with the comprehensive score of factor analysis, and the usage amount of pesticide and fertilization per unit area.
