越南电子信息产业发展的机遇与挑战

摘　　要：电子信息产业是越南目前发展最快的产业之一,越南基本国情和统计数据分析显示,越南电子信息产业有四大发展机遇:低成本劳动力有利于吸引外资的注入,深厚的区域文化底蕴为电子信息企业内外交流提供了保障,国际代工规模良性扩大,信息产品的需求不断增大。但与发达国家相比,越南电子信息产业仍然存在着产品核心技术缺乏、中小企业财力不足等问题,从而导致越南本国电子信息企业的生产规模难以与国外企业在同一平台上竞争。为此,需要在政府的主导下,营造良好的发展环境,构建电子信息产业创新网络,发挥外资的正向溢出效应等。At present, the electronic information industry area is the fastest growing industry in Vietnam. In this paper, there exist four opportunities based on the research of national conditions and statistical data in Vietnam： The low-cost labor which is conducive to attract the foreign investment; the rich cultural heritage could promote the interaction or communications for electronic information enterprises; the scale of international OEM benign en- largement; increasing demand for information products. But compared with the developed countries＇ situation, there are still some problems： effectiveness breakthrough of the core technology of electronic information prod- ucts; medium or minor enterprises＇ financial shortness situation direct results etc; the scale of production in the narrows difficulty to compete with foreign enterprises on the same platform. In order to promote the development of electronic information industry in Vietnam, we need to promote electronic information industry chain under the guidance of the government, and make full use of the positive spillover effect of foreign capital.
