安徽省财政支农效益的实证研究

摘　　要：以安徽省财政支农资金为研究对象，利用1988-2011年安徽省财政农业投入、农业GDP、农民人均纯收入、粮食亩产和农业机械年末拥有量数据，对安徽省财政农业投入现状进行分析，运用VAR计量经济模型、脉冲响应函数和方差分解对安徽省财政农业投入的效益进行评价，并在此基础上，从财政支农资金规模、结构以及管理机制等方面提出提高安徽省财政支农资金使用效益的对策建议。Financial support for agriculture in Anhui Province is the research object, using the data of 1988 - 2011 Anhui province fiscal investment in agriculture, agricultural GDP, per capita net income of farmers, grain yield and the amount of agricultural machinery at the end of year to analysis Anhui province fiscal agricultural investment. By using the VAR econometric model, the impulse response function and variance decomposition are evaluated and analyzed the benefit of Anhul financial support agriculture, then on this basis, proposals are put forward to improve effi- ciency in the use of financial support for agriculture in Anhui province tram the scale, structure and management mechanism and so on.
