负压吸引后胶圈套扎与药物治疗对Ⅱ度出血性内痔的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的对比负压吸引器结合胶圈套扎(CRH法)与普济痔疮栓结合地奥司明片药物治疗(药物治疗)对Ⅱ度出血性内痔的疗效。方法回顾分析2010-2011年于本院就诊确诊为Ⅱ度出血性内痔并采用CRH法治疗或药物治疗的患者,共107例,其中CRH组55例,药物治疗组52例,观察疗效并随访3个月。结果 CRH法的疗效优于药物治疗,但CRH法也存在着一些不良反应,治疗成本较药物治疗组为高。结论对于Ⅱ度出血性痔的治疗,应结合患者病史及患者的要求,选择最优选治疗方案。Objective There are many treatments of Ⅱdegree bleeding internal hemorrhoids.We compared the efficacy between rubber band ligation（RBL）with CRH-O′Regan system and drug treatment.Methods We chose two groups of patients suffered with Ⅱ degree bleeding internal hemorrhoids.One group was treated by RBL with CRH-O′Regan system,and the other group was treated by drugs.A 3-month follow-up was given and the efficacy was recorded.Results A total of 107 patients were included in this study（52 patients in drug group and 55 patients in CRH group）.The recent cure rate were significantly higher and the symptoms improved time were shorter in patients treated with CRH than those treated with drugs.Complications were more after CRH than drug treatment.Conclusion Both CRH and drug treatments were well-accepted and highly efficacious methods for the treatment of Ⅱdegree bleeding internal hemorrhoids.In our opinion,the better therapy should be used after the consideration of both patients′will and the doctor′s interest.
