几款功能性运动船袜的工艺特点分析

摘　　要：介绍了几款功能性运动船袜的工艺及特点,指出双层船袜的袜头是缝合在一起的,其袜筒和袜身是独立的内层和外层,可以采用不同的原料编织;金银线提花袜采用人工袜头缝合技术及Y形舒适后跟、智能松紧罗口设计,从而达到杀菌保健功能和舒适美观的目的;毛圈船袜是利用毛圈组织的特性来开发功能性运动船袜。最后对该类产品的发展趋势进行了展望。The paper introduces the knitting process and product features of several functional sports boat socks. It points out that the stocking toe of two-layers sock is sewed together, while the leg and body of stocking have independent inner or outer layer structure with different materials to knit; the manual sewing technique for stocking toe of tinsel jacquard sock is used, as well as the Y-style comfort heel and intelligent elastic rib top, which can make the socks have anti-bacterial, health care, comfortable and good appearance; the terry boat sock is devel- oped through the terry structure characteristics. Furthermore, the development trend of this kind sports boat sock is analyzed.
