摘　　要：本文通过双管板换热器典型结构的胀管工艺试验研究,并选择合理的装配顺序,保证了管板的胀接强度及两层管板管孔的同心度和平行度,对类似设备的制造质量控制有着重要的参考价值。This paper establishes an experimental research for double tube-sheet exchanger expansion assembly pfocess, selects reasonable assembly sequence, and ensured the expanding strength of the tube-sheet, also the concentricity and parallelism of the two layers of tube-sheet hole. It has important reference value for similar equipment to control manufacturing quality.
