合肥国家高新技术产业开发区竞争力分析——基于长三角地区的比较

摘　　要：从规模竞争力、效益竞争力和创新竞争力三个维度,构建高新技术开发区竞争力评价指标体系,采用主成分分析法,对合肥高新区与长三角地区其他高新区的竞争力进行了比较分析,结果表明,合肥高新区竞争力较强。具体地,相对于效益竞争力,合肥高新区的创新竞争力尚显不足,营造人才发展环境、加大资本运作力度、优化国区各项环境、提高技术创新能力是提升合肥高新技术开发区竞争力的有效措施。From three dimensions of size, benefit and innovation competitiveness, the paper competitiveness evaluation index system of high-tech zones, and made a comparative study on petitiveness between Hefei High-teeh Zone and the others in Yangtze River Delta region with component analysis method. The result suggests that competitiveness of Hefei High-tech Zone has built the corn- principal is higher than the others＇. Specifically, compared with its benefit competitiveness, its innovation competitiveness is insufficient. In order to improve its competitiveness, some measures including building development environment for talented persons, increasing capital operation, optimizing the environment of High-tech Zone and improving innovational capacity, should be made.
