血液稀释疗法治疗冠心病临床研究

摘　　要：对 30 3例冠心病患者随机分组 ,采用血液稀释 (下称血稀组 )及传统疗法 (下称对照组 )进行单盲对照临床研究。结果显示 ,与对照组比较 ,血稀组血液流变学指标 ,球结膜微循环指标、血小板聚集率、血脂等主要指标明显改善 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,心绞痛症状显效率为 6 5 .7% ,总有效率为 93.4% ,而对照组分别为 38.1%、 6 7.6 % ,两组均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。心电图改善血稀组显效率为 2 7.7% ,总有效率为 6 9.7% ,而对照组分别为 9.6 %、33.9% ,血稀组明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。未发现明显不良反应。WT5”BZ]303 patients with coronary heart diseases were divided into two groups at random and treated by hemodilution therapeutics(HT)and traditional treatment(TT)respectively Result showed that the obvious effective rate(OER)of relieving angina pectoris was 65 7% and total effective rate(TER)was 93 4% in HT group,higer than that of TT group(P<0 01)with OER 38 1% and TER 67 6% OER at electrocardogram was 27 7% and TER was 69 7% in HT group,higher than that of TT group(P<0 01)which OER was 9 6% and TER was 33 9% In HT group the main symptoms were relieved,main indexes such as hemorrheology index,microcirculation index of bulbar conjunctiva,platelet aggregation rate and blood lipid were obviously improved(P<0 05 or P<0 01),furthermore no aftereffect appeared [WT5”HZ]
