摘　　要：任何一项制度变迁或制度改进都源于经济社会的发展需求,目的则为实现经济发展和社会进步。入股安置制度作为一种制度变迁模式,其目标实现程度如何,则依赖于其绩效的核算,而对其绩效分析就要合算这一制度的成本和收益。因此,在对入股安置制度进行成本收益模型构建及分析的基础上,针对性的提出一些结论建议。Any change or improvement of a system is rooted in economic and social development needs. The purpose is to realize economic development and social progress. How to realize the goal of shares resettlement system is dependent on the performance of accounting, and its performance analysis. Therefore, in the base of construction of the cost income model and analysis of shares resettlement system, we puts for- ward some conclusion and suggestion.
