摘　　要：采用熔体直纺及环吹冷却开发了88dtex／288f超细旦涤纶预取向丝。结果表明：纺制88dtex／288f品种时，组件压力在14～20MPa，纺丝温度在292—305℃，合股位置选择第一导丝盘前，纺速在2200—2600m／min，生产稳定，产品满足客户要求。The superfine denier 88 dtex/288 f POY was developed by melt direct spinning and circular inner quench. The results showed that during the spinning of 88 dtex/288 f POY, spin pack pressure was 14 -20 MPa, spinning temperature at 292- 305℃, spinning speed in 2200- 2600 rn/min, and the threads were gathered up side of GR1. The production was stable and the products can meet the customer requirement.
