摘　　要：目的:分析妇科盆底重建术患者术前、术后心理,探讨对其实施护理干预的作用和意义。方法:选择收治的患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,评定盆底重建术患者的心理需求。结果:盆底重建术患者存在不同程度的性生活质量低下和恐惧焦虑情绪。结论:对盆底重建术患者实施术前、术后心理分析并及时给予心理护理干预,促进患者能主动积极配合医护人员的各种治疗、护理,使患者安全度过心理矛盾冲突期,保证手术成功,使患者尽早康复、改善性生活质量,有着非常重要的作用的和意义。Objective Analysing the psychology of patients with Pelvic Reconstructive Approach in gynaecology between preoperative and postoperative, discuss the function and the significance of carrying out the nursing intervention to patients with Pelvic Reconstructive Approach. Methods Putting 60 patients of our Administrative or technical offices which were received, randomly into experimental group and control group, each group has 30 amount. Results The patients with Pelvic Reconstructive Approach present varying degrees of the quality of sexual life and fear or anxiety emotion. Conclusion There is a vital function and significance by implementing the preoperative psychoanalysis and the postoperative psychoanalysis to the patients with Pelvic Reconstructive Approach and give them psychology nursing intervention in time, which can promote the patients to actively cooperate with medical stuff＇ s every cure and nursing and then make pa- tients spend the time of psychology conflict safely to guarantee the success of operation, so that patients can be recovery and improve the quality of sexual life earlier.
