摘　　要：在充分回顾、广泛挖掘和科学吸收、利用已有金融生态系统相关理论及文献的基础上,从金融生态理论、金融生态主体与金融生态环境和二者的关系三方面对国内外最新文献进行了综合与述评。认为,金融生态理论是在金融发展理论的基础上,以生态经济学为方法,以自组织系统理论为研究范式而演化出的一门新的理论学说;对于金融生态主体范畴的界定,应立足于专业主体,而金融生态环境则不仅包括社会生态环境,还应包括金融生态专属环境。On the basis of a full review of the existing financial ecosystem theory and literature and by extensive pro- bing, absorption and utilization of them, this article synthesizes and comments about the latest literature at home and abroad in three aspects. The First is financial ecology theory, the second is financial ecological subjects and environment and the third is the relationship between these two. It considers that the financial theory is a new theo- ry which evolves from the basis of financial development theory with the method of ecological economics and the study of self-organizing system theory. It should be established in specialized subjects when defining the financial ecological subjects. Meanwhile, the financial ecological environment not only includes social ecological environment but also includes specialized environment. Besides, academia should strive to deepen quantitative research about the relationship between financial ecological subjects and environment.
