摘 要:在回收滩海油田伴生气的过程中,经常将经过处理的天然气进行高压压缩装到高压气瓶来运输到指定位置。由于滩海油田伴生气的产量比较少,在进行压缩的过程中,天然气压缩机需经常启停。为了节省能源,降低成本,提高机器运行的稳定性,可以对天然气压缩机进行自动化控制。笔者介绍一种天然气压缩机自动控制的方法,该方法不需要人工控制即可把天然气进行高压压缩后装进高压气瓶。通过对该方法的设计原理、设计方案和设计时应注意的一些问题等描述,为高压压缩机的自动控制研究提供参考。In the process of the recovery of offshore oilfield associated gas, we often compress the treated natural gas with high pressure and fit it into the pressure vessel, which can be transported to the specified position. Because the yield of offshore oilfield associated gas is less, the natural gas compressor needs to start and stop frequently in the process. In order to save energy, reduce costs and improve the stability of the machine running, the automatic control technology of natural gas compressor should be used. This article describes a method of automatic control of the natural gas compressor. This method does not need manual control. The article provides some reference for the automatic control of the high-pressure compressor by presenting the design principle, the design description and the possible problems in the design.
