摘　　要：农村空巢老人是我国社会变迁中出现的一个特殊弱势群体,由于受传统的城乡二元社会结构等因素影响,他们在经济保障、生活照料服务、精神赡养等方面面临着更大的困境和危机,其养老保障需求具有特殊性和紧迫性。从保障和改善民生的要求出发,我们必须适应农村空巢老人养老保障的特殊需求,建立更加完善的农村社会养老保障体系。The aged of rural empty nests is a special group during the changing of the social style for the traditional structure of the two- elements affection with the predicament and crisis of the economic safeguard,living care and service,and sprint supporting and with the specificity and urgency of the retired living needing. From the safeguard and improvement of the people's living,we shall adapt to the special needing for the rural aged people's retired living to establish the more improvement of the rural retired living safeguard system.
