摘　　要：本文概括了线性规划的由来及其基本模型,并以此为基础,通过运用线性规划方法解决企业在运输选址方面的实际问题。结合EXCEL的操作处理,线性规划方法在选优方案过程中表现出更大优势。The article summarizes the origin of the linear programming as well as basic modes, and base on this, by using the linear programming method we solve the transport location problems in enterprises. Meanwhile, combined with the EXCEL, linear programming method shows more advantages in choose optimal scheme.
