摘　　要：人类工效学作为一门工程技术和管理之间的边缘学科已经越来越被人们重视。管道布置是工程设计中的重要环节,也是工程设计不可或缺的一个专业。如何将人类功效学理论有效地运用到管道设计中也是工程设计人员越来越关心的方面。合理的运用人类工效学理论能够降低现场操作人员的劳动强度,提高生产效率。同时能够提高生产装置的安全系数,保障生产的安全进行。As a cross - subject of engineering technology and management science, Ergonomics has been paid more and more attention. The work of piping arrangement design is one of key line in engineering design, also is a indispensable discipline. How to effective use the Ergonomics into the piping arrangement design is more and more concerned by engineering designer. If a reasonable use of this theory will reduce the labor intensity of operating staff and improve the production efficiency. And improve the production system＇s safety factor, guarantee safe production.
