摘  要:水合肼的生产方法主要有拉西法、尿素法、酮连氮法、双氧水法、空气氧化法。目前,国内水合肼的生产方法主要采用的是尿素法,水合肼是生产ADC发泡剂的重要中间体,水合肼的生产工艺严重影响了ADC的生产成本。为了进一步节能降耗,技术人员经过不断的努力试验,对制肼工艺进行了一系列的优化,不仅提高了水合肼的收率,而且减少了原料与蒸汽的消耗。本文主要介绍对尿素法生产水合肼工艺及冷冻法粗肼提纯的工艺优化。Methods of production of hydrazine hydrate mainly are raschig, urea nitrogen, ketone, hydrogen peroxide method, air oxidation method. At present, the domestic production of hydrazine hydrate method mainly uses is urea. Hydrazine hydrate is an important intermediate of ADC foaming agent production and production of hydrazine hydrate technology seriously affect the production cost of the ADC. To further saving energy and reducing consumption and technical personnel, after continuous efforts to test for hydrazine production conducted a series of optimization, not only increase the yield of hydrazine hydrate but also reduce the raw materials and the consumption of steam. This paper mainly introduces hydrazine hydrate for urea production process and freezing crude hydrazine purification process optimization.
