摘　　要：真空系统的真空度是与其相关的各种应用设备的重要工艺与技术参数。针对离心式水泵入口真空度检测的目的,采用在检测程序中加入数字滤波的方法,通过对基于ADC0832与AT89s52搭建的真空度检测系统的试验,成功实现了对真空度数据的检测及控制。The vacuum degree of the vacuum system is an important technology and technical parameters to the related various kind of application equipment.For the detection purpose of the vacuum degree of centrifugal pump inlet, adopt the method of digital filter in the detection procedure, through the test which is based on the vacuum degree detection system that is established by ADC0832 and AT89s52, successfully actualize detection and control of vacuum degree data.
