用好高产梳棉机的技术要点及期望

摘　　要：针对近年来高产梳棉机未能实现优质、高产、高效的问题,分析了梳棉机从低速至高速在生产技术上的重大转换,以及国产梳棉针布使用中存在的问题,并对改善梳理效果提出了建议。指出:在高速生产条件下,应改变国人在新型器材应用、工艺调整、新设备维修保养等观念滞后的现状,从而在新器材、新技术、新工艺、新设备、新管理上做到与时俱进;纺机制造厂应走创新之路,紧跟世界最先进的技术和理念。As to the problems that the high production card fails the expectation of quality, high production and high efficiency in recent years, analysis is done to the significant tech-transform of the card from low speed to high speed in addition to the problems in the production using the domestic card clothing. Some i- deas are put forth regarding the improvement of the carding efficiency. Conclusion is made that it is neces- sary to withdraw the ideology lag for China textile technicians in the application of new accessories, process adjustment,and new equipment maintenance so to keep abreast of the times. Textile machinery works should be oriented with innovation, and closely follow the advanced technical and the ideology in the world.
