摘  要:选用结晶紫(CV)与重金属Cu(Ⅱ)作为污染物,发现Burkholderia vietnamiensis C09V不仅可以降解CV且对重金属Cu(Ⅱ)有吸附作用.单独存在30 mg·L-1CV时,菌株的生长量OD600最高达0.735,CV脱色率可达到93.4%;单独存在50 mg·L-1Cu(Ⅱ)时,OD600为0.068,Cu(Ⅱ)吸附率为32.6%.同时存在30 mg·L-1CV和50 mg·L-1Cu(Ⅱ)时,OD600降低到0.312,CV的脱色率为34.9%,Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附率为41.3%.结果说明利用微生物Burkholderia vietnamiensis C09V去除废水中染料和重金属的复合污染具有很好的前景.Crystal violet (CV) and Cu ( Ⅱ) were selected as the contaminants since they are often co-presented in the textile wastewater, the degradation of CV and bioaccumulation of Cu ( Ⅱ ) using Burkholderia vietnamiensis C09V were observed. The decolorization of CV and OD600( growth of cell) were 93.4% and 0. 735 in only presence of 30 mg. L-1 CV, while the remove of Cu( Ⅱ ) and OD600 were 32.6% and 0. 068 in the existence of 50 mg. L-1 Cu( Ⅱ ), respectively. In con- trast, only 34.9% CV and 41.3% Cu( Ⅱ ) were removed from aqueous solution in co-presence of 30mg.L-1 CV and 50 rag, L-L Cu(Ⅱ) with the OD600 (0.312). The results suggested that Burkholderia vietnamiensis C09V can used for simultaneous removal of CV and Cu(Ⅱ ) from atten- tion in removing both CV and Cu ( Ⅱ) in textile wastewater .
