摘　　要：作为一个小国,新加坡在对大国的外交中,很难依靠"硬实力"实现自身意图。对于新加坡及其外交目标的实现而言,软实力可以发挥更大的作用。在新加坡的对华软实力外交中,教育国际化发挥了巨大的作用。新加坡不仅招收了大批的中国学生前往留学,还吸引了许多中国的企业和机构到新加坡接受教育和培训,实现了对华的"经验"输出,成为新加坡对华软实力外交的一种主要方式。Soft power of small countries like Singapore are is less while soft power is more important for small countries than it for big countries since small one simply do not has hard power to implement its policy. Education Internationalization plays a significant role in the Singapore's soft power strategy towards China; and it does not only enroll many Chinese students to study in Singapore,but also attract a lot of civil servants and entrepreneurs to be trained in Singapore. Education Internationalization has become a major way in Singapore soft power diplomacy to China.
