摘　　要：根据地下水污染调查评价的工作需要,结合地下水污染调查内容和评价技术要求,使用SQL Server 2000建立了地下水污染调查数据库,利用VC++、MapGIS二次开发库和Delphi组件开发技术,设计开发了地下水污染调查信息系统。该系统实现了地下水污染调查数据的录入、管理、制图、质量评价、污染评价、统计、导出等功能。系统经过实际应用,在中国地质调查局系统建立了统一的地下水污染数据管理和信息平台,为地质勘查单位地下水污染调查数据管理和地下水污染评价提供了技术支撑。According to the needs of the investigation and assessment of groundwater pollution and combining with the groundwater pollution investi- gation contents and evaluation technique requirements, the groundwater pollution survey database was established with SQLServer2000. By using VC ＋ ＋ and MapGIS secondary development functions and Delphi components development technique, the groundwater pollution survey information system was designed and developed based on C/S mode. This system realized the function of typing in, managing, drawing, quality evaluating, pollution evaluating, statistics-making and exporting of groundwater pollution survey data. After the system was applied, it set up a unified ground- water pollution data management and information platform for China Geological Survey, and provided technical support of groundwater pollution sur- vey data management and quality evaluation for geological exploration companies
