摘　　要：日本在金融大爆炸和金融体系重建的过程中,提出了在银行间接融资体系中引入具有市场功能优势的市场型间接融资模式,传统的科技创新金融支持模式发生了根本性改变。日本科技创新金融支持体系的发展模式在深化银行体制改革、发展资本市场和风险投资及完善政策法律体系等方面对我国科技发展具有重要启示。During the process of financial explosion and reconstruction of financial system, Japan put forward a market-oriented indirect financing mode with market function advantages in bank indirect financing system, and the traditional pattern of financial support for science and technology innovation has had fundamental changes. Japan＇s development pattern of financial support system for science and technology innovation has important enlightenments on our country＇ s science and technology development in deepening the reform of bank system, developing capital market and risk investment, as well as perfecting policy and law system.
