工业化与城镇化进程中吉林省民营企业发展模式选择

摘　　要：吉林省工业化与城市化在全国居中、高水平,而吉林省民营企业发展却严重滞后,在全国居于后进水平,二者严重不相适应。要继续推进吉林省工业化与城市化,必须创新吉林省民营经济发展模式,总体上要按照集团化与集群化相结合的发展模式进行推进,加速民营企业产权改革进程,沿国际化路线进一步发展壮大,按照低碳、绿色、可持续发展的路径进行模式选择。The process of industrialization and urbanization in Jilin Province is at a middle or high level, but the development of private enterprises is lagged behind seriously and it is at a less advanced level, which is inconsistent to each other. In order to continuously promote industrialization and urbanization in Jilin Province, we should reform the models of nongovernmental economy development, generally, we could carry on the pattern with the combination of collectivization and clustering development, accelerate the process of reform on property rights in private enterprises, develop and strengthen private economy along with international routines and choose modes based on the low-carbon, green and sustainable development principle.
