摘　　要：磁珠法核酸自动提取仪可以简单、快速、高效和经济地实现各种标本核酸的自动提取。本文概述了核酸自动提取仪的原理及分类,磁珠法核酸自动提取仪原理、分类、特点及其在分子生物学领域的应用。The magnetic bead--based nucleic acid automatic extraction system can simply, rapidly, efficiently, economically and automatically extract nucleic acid from all kinds of samples. This paper summarizes the principle and classification of automatic nucleic acid extraction systems ,and the principle, classification and characteristics of magnetic bead--based nucleic acid automatic extraction systems and their application in the field of molecular biology.
