摘　　要：目的检测血管内皮生长因子受体1和2(VEGF受体Flt-1与KDR/Flk-1)在外阴白色病变组织中的表达水平,探讨其在外阴白色病变发病的意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法对39例外阴白色病变组织中Flt-1和KDR/Flk-1的表达情况进行检测,并以11例正常外阴皮肤组织作为对照,了解其相关性。结果应用直线相关软件对Flt-1与KDR/Flk-1阳性表达情况进行统计分析发现,两者之间存在一定正相关(r=0.488,P=0.002)。结论外阴白色病变皮损中VEGF受体Flt-1与KDR/Flk-1的表达异常,可能是导致病变的原因之一。Objective To investigate the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor receptors （Fh-1 and KDR/Flk-1 ） in the tissue of white lesion of vulva,and to explore its significance in the pathogenesis of white lesions of vulva. Methods Biopsies from 39 patients with white lesions of vulvar（ 11 cases with LS, 19 cases with SH,9 ca- ses with SH and LS） were collected and the level of Flt-1 and KDR/Flk-1 were detected by immunohistochemistry. And normal vulgar tissues from 11 healthy patients were recruited as control. Results The immno-positive of Flt-1 and KDR/Flk-1 were positive correlative relationship. Conclusion The abnormal of VEGF receptors （ Flt-1 and KDR/Flk-1 ） in the tissue of white lesions of the vulva maybe play an important role in the etiology of this disease.
