摘　　要：目的 :研究人小强荧光细胞超微结构 ;方法 :荧光组化法和透射电镜技术 ;结果 :小强荧光细胞的超微结构与主神经元有较大区别 ,其胞核可见较多异染色质团块 ,胞质中有丰富的线粒体 ,并有大量膜被致密芯小泡 ,直径约为 5 0～ 2 0 0nm。小泡为圆形椭圆形和长杆状 ;结论Objective:To study the ultrastructure on the small intensely fluorescent cells of the fetus.Methods:Fluorescent histochemical method and transmissional electon microscopic techniques.Results:Ultrastructurally the small intensely fluorescent cells are very different from the principal neuron.In the cytoplasm they are characterized by numerous dense-cored granular vesicles(50-200nm in diameter)which are bordered by a membrane They can be round,elliptical or of various shapes.Conclusion:It is suggested that granule-containing cells could be endocrine cells. [
