老龄化给北京未来养老保障事业带来的挑战

摘　　要：人口老龄化已经成为一个全球性的重大社会问题。目前,北京市存在着老年人口规模巨大、老年人口规模增长速度快以及高龄老人增长等诸多特点,针对此现状,分析了人口老龄化对经济发展和社会发展产生的影响;并采用定性和定量相结合的方法,探讨了人口老龄化给北京的养老保障事业带来的严峻挑战,表现在对养老保障基金的需求、对未来养老福利机构的需求以及未来养老保健护理人员的需求不断增大,指出人口老龄化给北京社会经济发展带来的影响将是长期和深刻的,当然,为应对这些考验需要采取积极有效的措施。Aging of population has become a social problem globally. At present, there exists a large elderly population in Beijing which grows fast, and the number of people of advanced age is on the rise. Based on this situation, we analyzed the impact of the aging population on economic and social development; and by adopting qualitative and quantitative methods, we discussed the serious challenges posed by aging population to the future cause of old-age security in Beijing： the increasing demand for old-age security fund and pension welfare institutions and personnel. This paper points out that the aging population is placing long-term and profound impacts on social and e-conomic development in Beijing,and in response to the challenges ,effective measures must be taken.
