摘　　要：目的检验心理健康在生命态度与自杀风险关系中的调节作用与中介作用。方法采用自杀行为问卷中文版、生命态度剖面图量表、一般健康问卷集体施测调查了1 310名大学生。结果高低两组自杀风险水平大学生生命态度得分差异显著(P<0.01),生命态度得分与自杀风险、心理健康得分均为显著负相关(r=-0.36、-0.49,P<0.01);心理健康在生命态度对自杀风险的关系中有显著的调节作用与部分中介作用。结论大学生心理健康水平影响生命态度对自杀风险的作用,生命态度通过心理健康对自杀风险产生间接影响。Objective To examine the regulating effect and intermediary effect of mental health on the relationship between life attitude and suicidal risk. Methods 1 310 undergraduate students were assessed with Suicidal Behaviors Questionnaire-Revised （SBQ-R）, Life Attitude Profile, General Health Questionnaire （GHQ-20）. Results There was significant difference in score of life attitude between high suicidal risk group and low suicidal risk group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Score of life attitude was significantly negatively correlated with score of suicidal risk and mental health. Mental health played important regulating effect and moderate intermediary effect on the relationship between life attitude and suicidaJ risk. Conclusion Mental health of undergraduate students influences the effect of life attitude on suicidal risk. Life attitude takes a mediate effect on suicidal risk via mental health.
