摘　　要：智能电表是智能电网中的新兴绿色表计,许多国家都在使用和推广,中国更是未来的应用大户。为促进智能电表的发展,介绍了它的种类和应用,分析了其原理和功能,虽然发展中存在制约问题,但随着智能电网的发展智能电表会逐渐普及。Smart meter is a new green meter in smart grids,it is used and extended in many countries. China needs more smart meters in the future. In order to promote the development of smart meter, the pa- per introduces its species and application situation, analyses its principle and function. Though there exist the restriction problems in development, smart meter will obtain wide application with development of smart grids.
